We have just started work on totally re-designing the site. Some of the features that would be included would be a similar ratings system, except are also working to integrate a user system. This would help increase the accountability of the reviews. Guest reviews would still be allowed, but our plan is to eventually phase them out.
Users will be able to upload a picture and a bio. Visitors reading their reviews will be able to see their profile and a list of all their reviews. Hopefully this will help promote higher quality reviews.
