At 14 I would suggest not using either one. Your body should not be taking in the 300g of caffeine per serving size of either product (that is the same amount of caffeine in 8-10 cups of coffee). If you are looking for a good workout performance, I would suggest just creatine and some
arginine.
Arginine is 90% of these "pumping" products because it increases your
Nitric Oxide levels and increases bloodflow as well as helps protein synthesis.
Arginine and creatine are also naturally occuring substances found in almost everything you eat but in very small amounts so they are not as bad to your overall health as a stim such as caffeine. If you take 2-3g of
arginine before your workout and some creatine with a
protein shake right afterwards, you will see great progress with the crashing effects of caffeine. Caffeine is WIDELY over-used and should be taken very moderatly for younger individuals as it impacts your entire nervous system. If you are looking for a good "non-stim"
