one of the VERY FEW products that work made by muscletech.
obviously its overadvertised as always and over priced as always but dispite those drawbacks it actually works good, gains were very nice considering my gym limitations, by that i mean only being able to go so often, perhaps with a full blown workoout these would be great pills to use. but said price ($40 a bottle) its alot to pay considering you can get CEE for 15-20 bucks and it lasts twice as long. |

The best weight gainer ive ever tried in one month using this with a intense compound training routine ive gained 10 pounds i reccomend only doing 2 scoops at a time casue your body wont be able to sue all the 54 grams in one shot , try to split it up with like 40 minuts between servings, its a little chunky you gotta shake the shit outta this stuff to get it mixed thats the only downside the ice cream flav aint the best but for the results its worth it |

This is a good creatine product with zero sugar, zero bloating and just no side effects at all.Also taste is awesome. |
