At first, I had trouble digesting these until I remembered that you needed to take this with simple sugars. Make sure you drink like half a glass of gatorade/powerade (something sugary) before and after you take your pills. It will really help the digestion.

A while back someone posted a comment about this product. They stated that the product was not breaking down and it was going right through there body. The person stated that they actually saw the pill in their stool sample.
Well, I have been taking this product for a couple of weeks now. This week, I have seen the same thing. The pill is not breaking down at all and going through my body in 20 minutes (Estimated time)
My question is, what other creatine should I take instead to give me better gains? I was actually seeing gains from this, up to now.

whats new a GNC employee reccomended it to me. starting taking it and got a sore throat from it somehow. stopped taking it and the sore throat went away. did not see any effects. not a good product

well when i first bought this, i thought it was a great product. just take two tablets of 189 any time of day. what mostly caught my interest was that its the hydrochloride form of creatine. hydrochloride allows higher absorption with less supplements, which is why the box says you get the equivalent of 5g of creatine monohydrate from just 1.25 g of hydrochloride. but it doesnt even matter if the damn thing cant dissolve! yeah this definitely is a "SOLID" product. solid enough to make it to your toilet in once piece. Save your money people! get kre alkalyn. this product would be great for drug smugglers that want to keep there product in once piece with out having to swallow troublesome ballons.

Got this a while ago. Worst creatine product I have ever used. Afer a few days of first getting on it, I noticed a little silver in my stool (yes I look, it's instinct I guess...) after further inspection I realized it was a still 100% intact pill. I was shocked. The only thing that was digested was the part of the silver cover. It was to late to return the product. So I just broke the pills, and swallowed the broken bits. The effectivnes was ok, no way was it worth the trouble or money though. Avoid this product.

Heard a lot of good things abou this product so i started taking it but im one of those few people who it just goes right through you. For 40 bucks i think they should make a better product.

a little expencive but does what it should. took a little different than directed took 2 before workout and 2 after workout. saw an incerase in stamana and pump.

Solid product, does what it claims. Like the fact its in pills instead of powder. A little pricey, but it works, so value is high.

I am 21 years old, 5'7, and weigh 131.5 lbs. I started using this product in July when I was weighing 127, squating 180 lbs 8x, and deadlifting 140 8x. Now, as of Sep. I gained 4.5 pounds of muscle in 1.5 months, 5% of body fat, squat 200 8x, and deadlift 160 8x. I got to say that this product was worth the purchase and I still have about 1/4 of pills left on the bottle.

Great product! I am now on my 2nd bottle of this creatine and I have had excellent results. I take 1 pill before working out and another one after along with my protein shake. I also drink a lot of water with it, as you should while taking any creatine product. I have had noticable size and strength increases after about 3 weeks, whereas in the past it took about 6-10 weeks to have any gains worth mentioning. Product can be a little pricey, but I got them with a buy 1 get 1 50 off offer that GNC was doing a few months ago

Ive used this for about a month so far and it has done nothing. The pills dont digest at all. They come out the same way they came in. I havn't experienced any difference since i started taking it.

Started using this when I began lifting again. Used it for a few months then stopped to see what it was like without it and didn't notice a difference when not taking it. Will finish this bottle and try some straight mono to see if that does anything.

189 is kinda expensive, i didnt get any side effects. worked out everyday with it and didnt see too much of a difference. have to drink a lot of water with it.

works great! taste is good cause i take with amp whey ive tried many other products and have had no where near as close to what i have with this

I used two bottles of this product and it did very little for me either time. I mainly bought it because it was cheaper than some of the other products on the market. Some people seem to get good results from this product. I guess I wasn't one of them.

Great product. I usually took two before a workout and one after. I had alot of energy, great recovery and focus. Good stuff because its a hydrochloride which does not cause any bloating or water retention.

I have been taking this product for 6 weeks now. All I can say is wow. I have taken other creatine products with some success but not as I have with 189. I was benching 225 for 9 reps 6 weeks ago. I am now up to 14 reps of 225 as of yesterday. I could have probably got 15 reps but I didn't try because I didn't have spotter. My body weight has went from 195 to 205 in 6 weeks as well. I am also getting in close to 200 grams of protein a day (Which I was also doing before starting 189). I also drink the RTD Myoplex Carb control post workout and for breakfast. My bodyfat has stayed at 8 %. I am also noticing much better pumps during the workout. I do however take two doses of the product on workout days and one dose on non workout days. Use it! the first couple of days i felt a little extra pump but then i noticed it was going right through my system the pill was coming out the same way it was going in and there was no feeling of muscle fullness like the one u get with good creatine products

I thought it was a good price for a two month supply thats .33 cents per day cant beat that. I have now used it for about one week and have noticed some gains in my bench press, curls and squats. I also feel a little more solid.

i am 14 years old, and i weighed about 150 when i started taking creatine 189, and i could bench 140, squat 140, due to my torn acl that is still healing, and clean 125... i have been taking this creatine with wheybolic 60, and i am up to 175 on bench, 235 on squat, yeah a gain of 95 lbs, and 155 on clean, i am really impressed with how much this is working, so don't think it wont work becuz you arent old enough, i am really happy with the results, and i have already gained 10 lbs, pretty much straight muscle weight...
