I have been taking this since the end of July. I had a baby in June and I was having a hard time dropping the weight. I am still taking this, it gives me GREAT energy and I am down 17lbs using this along with going to the gym 5 times a week.

I started using this product the beginning of August while deployed to the Middle East meaning the weather was hot also. I worked out like an animal while taking these pills (cardio in the morning on empty stomach, weights in the afternoon, and more cardio in the afternoon) all well spaced out but done and it wore me out. I wasnt losing much weight off these pills maybe 2 lbs or so, then I ordered the razor ripped pills with it to stack hoping for some Ultimate results. I have stopped taking these products after a month and a half and only lost about 5lbs total with that much working out. So will I recommend this product, well there are more positive reviews than negative so maybe it was just me. But for me I will no longer buy these pills again. I am starting to wonder if any fat burning pills work?

Worst diet pill ever. All i got was massive, liquid, explosive, unpredictable dumps!! Lost like 2lbs total. The pills were of poor quality, and the liquid inside seaped out all in the bottle and stuck all over the outside of the pill. Had this weird maple syrup smell to it.

This is an awesome product and it really works. Unfortunately I was using it to keep me lean as I gained, and I also became immune to it but my wife swears by it now and loves it. Plus the price for such a great product. Nothing at all remotely bad for this product.

This is actual a great product I have been taking it for a bout a month now and it as giving great energy and i can spend more time in the Gym our doing my P90-x..Note This will not work if you go half stepping..So stop crying and get to it...

I have been used it for three weeks so far. It is works! One thing, i realize that i just combine drink which is apple cider vinegar by HEIN. I just kept put 4 or 5 spoons into cold/ice water in the morning before i took two pills every morning and Noon. It was a lot of sweat and lose my waist easy efforts. I just doing abs workout every other day. I can see my abs muscle on my stomach for first time. I have been heavy and fat stomach. Now i glad that it is works this time. Most important is eating CLEAN DIET FOOD, alot of water, apple cider vinegar drink with ice water or very cold every morning when u wake up.

Overall the product did nothing for me. There is a propietary blend of ingredients which doesn't tell you the potency of each ingredient which is rather useless. I gave the product a month and didn't loose anything with a good diet and exercise.

I had hit a plateau after losing about 5 pounds with diet and exercise alone, so after some research i decided to try BetaStax. I never really felt ANY energy boost, but i did lose about 15 pounds after the first bottle without losing any strength. Diet and exercise is a must, and if you slack off, you'll hit a plateau. But this product will definitely help shed the fat when paired with a healthy lifestyle.

I dropped about 8 lbs in a month with this stuff. My diet was not all that great while using this which makes the results even more impressive. I never got really jittery while taking this which was a huge plus.

I've tried a fair number of thermogenics over the years. This has been my favorite. Taste is not an issue as this is a capsule. I went through about half a bottle and lost about 8 pounds in two weeks. No stacking needed. I had a decent diet (no deserts, sweets, low carb, high protien) a good amount of exercise. I really like this one. NOTE OF CAUTION: I lost track of my day a week or so ago and drank some coffee with this supp. Not a good idea. Head the bottle's warning. No caff while on this supp.

Ive been using it for 7 days along with razor ripped and vectron protein Ive lost 4lbs and Ive never felt more energized and i haven't drank coffee since i started.

I liked it. I have used fat burners for 15 years or so and this is one of the better ones. I've learned over the years that cost doesn't matter because if it doesn't work then you just wasted your money anyway.

I had been using Betastax for approximately three weeks, and have been happy with my results. I have lost just over ten pounds and it is stayed off consistently so far. I still have more to finish up the bottle yet. I didn't change my eating habits, even though they are pretty clean to start with. and I have kept my cardio the same as well. Four times a week for a half hour. Betastax has given me the boost I needed since before I wasn't seeming to lose any weight.

I have been using this product for about 3 weeks now and so far I have had no results. I have been working out for years and eat very healthy. I did not get any energy boost or show a reduction in body fat. I had high hopes for this product, it may work well for others but for me, I will finish the bottle and try something else.

I've been following a diet low in carbs, high protein intake, about 25 grams each meal and working out 4 times a week. I do cardio after my work out, and a intense cardio exercise once a week.
I have to say That I've lost my strength due to the carbs reduction. I've used Hydroxicut and Xenedrine in the past with the same diet and exercise routine and the results were not the same.
So far no side effects., Any way if you are looking into loose body fat and keep muscle mass, this is the product you want to use.
I would like to know if some body out there have use this product along with any creatine supplements. Thanks.

I love this product. I started using this in late November and had an 18% body fat. I am on my second bottle now and using vectron protien , I am down to 13% body fat. Great product!!!
