NOT Recommended As I love the preworkout sups and tried them all this was one of my least favorite. The taste wasn't that great, and there was little to no pump off of it. The only thing it did was what it showed in the pics it made me warm, gave me a headache and my stomach upset. I have had friends that swear by this stuff so experiences may vary. I was lucky enough to have bought it from GNC (on sale) and was able to take it back after almost using the whole container. Gotta give it a trial run before throwing in the towl.

Maybe Recommended This is the first pre-workout supplement I've tried. I saw some amazing strength gains first 2 weeks and a better than average pump. After 2 weeks my body became used to it. The reason I no longer use this supplement is because occasionally it would make me dizzy/lightheaded as if I were going to pass out. Decided overall health was worth more than strength gains. Please note This may affect you different than me.

Maybe Recommended MuscleTech, MuscleTech, MuscleTech. Just another over-hyped and over-commercialized product. I'm sorry but this product just wasn't for me. I've tried numerous pre-workout supplements and this one was pretty low on the totem pole. Dosed correctly and still had problems crashing intra-workout and in the bathroom. By the way I had blue rasberry and it was TERRIBLE. Do yourself a favor and go with Superpump 250 or the people's favorite Jack3d. But I know some friends who swear by this product, just depends on the person I guess.

Maybe Recommended I've only been working for the last year or so, and have only started taking supplements within the last 6 months. I have a few friends who have been weight lifting for many years, and based on their experience, I decided to give nanoVapor a try.
I tried weight lifting many years ago but at the time I lacked the motivation and determination to keep it up. Getting older, and noticing my physical appearance and health were changing, and not for the better, I decided to give the whole "gym" thing another try.
This time around I am much more focused and determined to keep it up. Noticing the changes have been my motivation to keep going. But I still found myself tiring before the end of my work out, or on some days, lacking the energy to start my work out.
I was taking a creatine supplement at this time, but figured a trip to the local GNC could prove beneficial. So based on the recommendation of the salesman I picked up a tub of nanoVapor. At $60 CDN a tub, it's not cheap, so I was hoping it would give me the results I was looking for.
Following the directions I mixed only 1 scoop and waited. Nothing really. Added another scoop...sure enough my body actually started to feel "hot" and I wasn't even doing anything.
Needless to say, the product delivered on what it promised. I found I wasn't struggling to start my work outs, had lots of energy during my workouts. Other than the "hot/flushed" feeling, no real complaints about the product. I did find my stomach would get upset when I first used the product (urgent sense of having to go for a "deuce"), but that was corrected once I found the appropriate dosage (approximately 1.5-1.75 scoops).
Many others say they crash after using this product and finishing their work out. I've noticed I'm that after some work outs I'm quite tired, but I've always contributed that to the intensity of the work out. I've never really done a specific comparison, so I can't comment on that.
I'd strongly urge anyone that is thinking of trying this product, be sure to follow the directions and find a dose that will work for you. I once tried a full dosage (3 scoops) and found it way too much for me. Body felt really flused and hot, jittery and even light headed. It wasn't a fun experience.
My actual rating for the product should probably be higher, considering it did what it claimed it would do for me, but with this being my first experience with a NO product, I feel it's only fair to give it an above average rating and then rank all future products I'll try going off of this ranking.

Recommended This is actually a great product. The taste is horrible but you can still get it down. Taste isn't important anyway. This is a Serious Mass and strength builder. If your looking for power, strength and size; stack this with Anavol Hardcore and drink 4-5 protein shakes a day (preferably Muscle Milk). Everything you do will go up 20-30lbs by the end of you second week.

Alright. Don't have to do it. I have always been stuck at 185lbs at bench and when I stacked those few things, my bench went up to 205lbs by the second week. Just a good a idea for people who are stuck on the same thing for so long.

Recommended sorry MT not a big fan of this product. This product Was hard to get down and tasted too sweet and almost like medicine. I did notice energy from it but not worth the stomach pain and poor taste. I did not get a pump with this like I normally do with good NO products. Also usaully on the pricey side.

NOT Recommended I'm new to NO pre-workout supps and decided to try naNO Vapor first (I know, I know, don't laugh). I initially had great results with 1 scoop and had my best workout in a long time with razor sharp focus and increased energy which helped me pump out those last few reps. Over the next few weeks I increased the dosage to 3 scoops as the effects wore off. It's not completely ineffective but the focus/energy effects are fairly small now and take a while to 'kick in', usually half way through my actual session. The second half of my workout is usually relatively decent but nothing like they claim in their advertising. Pumps are mediocre, the kind of thing you could probably get anyway. Taste is fine and never bothers me with 99% of supps, and I haven't experienced extreme nausea, headaches, diarrhea, or crashes, although when I got up to 3 scoops I could feel a tiny bit of nausea and tiredness creeping in which seems to affect others more than me. The price (£48/$77 with a GNC Gold Card) is obviously too much and the product doesn't warrant all the insane advertising but that much is obvious with companies like MT. The only other products I've tried are samples of Black Powder and NO-Xplode NT. The NT was similar to Vapor, not terribly effective with me but came with crazy claims. Black Powder didn't give me any sort of buzz but did provide consistent concentration and focus, not worth the asking price though. I've taken others' advice and ordered a tub of White Flood which sounds a lot better than any of these products so I will begin a cycle of that next week.

Maybe Recommended It worked great for me. I worked so hard one day, that I strained some muscles on lat pull-downs and didn't even realize it until the effects wore off. Increased vascularity, focus, energy, and strength. However, I only used it for a month, so I don't know if it requires upping the doses to maintain effectiveness.

Maybe Recommended This stuff is actually not as bad as a lot of people lead it on to be. I have tried NO-Xplode, SuperPump, Black Powder, and the naNO Vapor. I would probably rank it 2nd tied with NO-Xplode. Super Pump is one of the better supps that I have tried, but there is a reason that it has been "dubbed" SuperDump, trust me, that is why I dont use it anymore. Anyway, the Vapor gave me pretty good strength gains and pumps, but lacked a little in the energy department. Like I said though, I think it is as good as NO-Xplode, but since it is more expensive it makes it a little difficult to recommend this product over some of the other less expensive ones.

NOT Recommended This was my first pre workout i ever bought(live and learn). Being my first it was very effective at first and i thought this stuff rocked. Bought a second tub, found this website ,and then realized how bad this stuff is. Had to keep taking more and more to try to get the same original effect. And one look at the nutrition label (tons of ingredients)and you will ask yourself if you really want to put all that junk in your body. Plenty of better pre workouts out there. I just tip my hat at muscle-tech for there marketing and learn from my mistakes.

NOT Recommended naNO Vapor is the worst pre-workout supplemnt i have ever taken. I had no increase in focus or energy. I can seriously say naNO Vapor made me feel weird and i truly had mood changes. I didn't like it at all. about 3 quarters of the way through the supplement (after coming to my senses and realizing this isnt working) i gave it to my friend because once again this supplement was overrated and my friend just had to try it even though i told him not to.

Recommended Best Pre Workout I have taken. Great energy and the pumps are crazy! You cant just shake it up. You really have to mix it with a spoon. And the RTDs are not the same. Stay with the powder mix. Lots of aminos and creatine. Stacking with half serving of Leukic and Anabolic Halo. So far so good.

Maybe Recommended This was the first pre-workout that I ever took (about a year ago). After I drank it, 5-15 minutes later I felt the energy, I was bouncing off the walls. I felt good, didnt get jittery but results vary for everyone. On a rare occasion I would feel light-headed but it didn't really affect my workouts that much. The only side effect I experienced everytime was a serious crash after about 2 hours. My eyes were getting heavy and my body started to feel a bit lazy. Taste isn't bad, I prefer blue-rasberry but you have to shake it well or it will taste a slight bit chalky. As for the results, they were there. My bench max went up about at least 50 lbs in a 2 month span, no lie. So overall, is it a good product? Yes and no. It is effective but results in a huge crash. Taste is passable, just shake well and make sure you have the right flavor. It's also a little expensive so that might have an affect on how you feel about the product. I gave it a 7 overall but a 6.5 would be a proper rating for me. It isn't the best pre-workout, but to some it will get the job done. So I would recommend it.
