im in competition here in mexico i have been training for 4 years my training routine is:
monday: tricep/bisep super set, chest.
tuesday: legs
wednesday: back and shoulders
thursday: same has monday
friday: same has tuesday
saturday: same has wednesday
sunday: off and every day i make abs
my favorite food, like mi cheat food i like some chicken teriyaki or a subway hehe my diet on competition season is : chicken, tuna, eggs white, meat, rice, some vegetables i eat 5 times a day and sometimes 6. study college job dont have well sometimes he he.

today was leg workout and like always i hate this muscle but i have to do it and train hard like all the muscles, i started with:
leg extension 6 sets with different positions and weight
