Recommended Short and sweet, if youre looking for a zero carb whey isolate, this is a fine choice. Its very similar to Nectar from Syntrax, which I actually prefer to this protein. Overall, the taste leaves a lot to be desired, but with zero carbs, what can you really ask for? This is a high quality whey isolate and I appreciate the quality of Isopure, but they need to fix the price and the cost. Mixability is fine, especially compared to its competitor Nectar, which foams up out of control sometimes. I have used Isopure many, many times, and had decent results from it, but since then Ive come to find I dont have so much of a need for a zero carb whey, even when cutting. After using Isopure, I came across Nectar and between the two, Nectar offers a great variety of flavors that actually taste pretty damn good when mixed with water.
Pros:
Cons:
  • Zero Carb
  • High Quality Protein
  • Can Be Expensive
  • Taste Leaves Something To Be Desired

Recommended This product REALLY surprised me. Ive taken numerous PWO products, and for some reason I had yet to try Super Charge until recently. Im actually kind of glad I waited, because it just gave me a better basis for evaluating this product. With that being said, this is truly an outstanding PWO product. I mean, I was caught off guard by how full and intense the pump was from this stuff. It was like someone had hooked me up to a line, and was forcing like, 50% more blood directly into my muscles. Vascularity noticeably improved also. And it felt good! My lifts all went up in weight and repetitions, my Drive was solid, my endurance went through the roof, and above all I looked like a big, swollen monster. If you havent tried this product and are looking to give it a try, you really should, as you will not be disappointed. I took 2 scoops, because Im a bigger guy, and off I went throwing dumbbells into the ceiling. Taste was actually great too, the fruit punch tastes like somebody melted down a strawberry sucker or something. No side effects for me at all, no gas other than burps, no stomach aches or bubble gut to speak of. And this whole time I thought this product was going to suck. I only bought it in the first place because I found it on clearance! Anyway, I hope this review helps you guys out, I highly recommend Super Charge Extreme NO. Funny thing, on rest days, I actually want to take it anyway just to get that pump. HA!
    Pros:
    Cons:
  • One Of The Fullest And Most Intense Pumps Ive Ever Had
  • Increased Energy And Drive
  • Increased Focus
  • Good Flavor (fruit Punch)
  • Strength Increase
  • Endurance Increase
  • Overall-a Surprisingly Outstanding Product
  • Can Be A Little Pricey Depending On Where You Get It

Recommended I bought 2 6 # tubs of this stuff, Strawberry and cookies and cream. The taste of these flavors was delicious, and Im sure it has something to do with the higher fat and calorie content of this blend. Overall, if you are looking for a meal replacement protein or something to keep you anabolic between meals, this is a winner. It also works great as a before bed protein if you want to switch it up from Casein or cottage cheese. I was pretty satisfied with Nitro, but I have to say that I probably wont make it a staple in the protein arsenal. I would prefer to stick with Pro Complex as a blend, as it gives me everything I want in a protein. Nitro has 24 g of protein per serving, and it is relatively inexpensive in comparison to other blends. Comparing it to Probolic or Dymatize Elite 12 hour, I have to give it to Nitro. The flavor is better, the cost is lower, and Ive come to really trust in Optimum as the quality of their products is always high. One other thing, I digested this protein much better than other time released proteins, so I had a lot less gas. Anyway, this can be a versatile blend if thats what you are looking for, just keep in mind that the "Optimum" time to take this is between meals, as a meal replacement, or before bed. It makes a damn good treat as a healthy dessert also.
    Pros:
    Cons:
  • Great Flavors
  • Great Profile
  • Excellent Meal Replacement Protein
  • Great Before Bed
  • Sustained Release
  • Great Value

Recommended I heard about these bars on the forum, and I decided to give them a try. I had heard from several users here on TSR that you can find them at GNC heavily discounted, plus you get your Gold Card on top of it, making it a win win situation. I decied to buy a BOX (12) that was marked down to $14.99, plus my gold card, so I walked away with 12 meal bars for about $1 each. STEAL! They were delicious, and chewy, and left me feeling VERY satisfied. Now for a guy thats 6 FT, 210 lbs, a meal bar that leaves me happy is a miracle. If you can get these at your GNC marked down, snag some. They are well worth it.
    2 Bars/pack: 660 calories/99g carbs/17g protein/8g fiber
    Pros:
    Cons:
  • Excellent Value
  • Find Discounted Bars At Gnc For About $1
  • Excellent Flavor (cranberry)
  • Great For Meal Replacement
  • 2 Chewy Tasty Bars
  • Satisfying Full Feeling

Recommended Man, I dont like giving all 10's, but what can I say? This product is just an all around killer. I have the set (pushup/pullup/ab straps) and I couldnt be happier with it. First of all, its great to have a pullup bar at the house, you can watch family guy and get a massive pump going. As far as effectiveness, the Perfect Pullup does such a great job working muscle groups that its hard not to get addicted to squeezing in sets whenever you get the opportunity. I can honestly tell you guys that I lived on traditional pullups and pushups for years, but never got the results (mass and strength) like I do from this product. If you invest the meager cash to pick this product up, and you consistently work on it, your lats and back will explode. The aussie style pullup and curl style give an incredible bicep workout also. I know this sounds like a lot to claim, but guys its all true. You will also utilize stabilizer muscles and with the range of motion the twisting handles provide, its not only a more effective exercise but a more comfortable and natural movement as well. Installation is so easy, they provide a template that you drill into, so its literally unfudgeable. You would have to try to mess it up. Anyway, if you buy it and for some reason unknown to me you didnt enjoy it, its returnable for a full refund. Give it a shot, you will really enjoy what you get out of it. And besides, who wouldnt want to do a massive set of pullups and get your swell on before heading out the door? I wont get into hanging leg lifts, but man they will kill your abs! For the money, the intensity of the workouts, and the results you can achieve (from home!) make this a hands down favorite.
    Pros:
    Cons:
  • Insane Workouts
  • Easy Installation
  • Get A Great Workout Anytime Of Day
  • High Quality Construction
  • Inexpensive
  • There Are No Cons

Recommended Once again, I hate giving all tens, but this product definitely earned it. I bought these before I bought the Perfect Pullup, and I absolutely love them. I actually bought the basic version first, and became fully addicted to doing pushups anywhere there was floor space. Needless to say, my upper body thrived. I enjoy these damn things so much, I bought the travel perfect pushup to bring with me whenever I travel away from home. First of all, I am old school when it comes to pushups, and wasnt sure if I would enjoy these things. That being said, they are more comfortable, provide a better range of motion, hit more muscles (i/e stabilizer muscles) and youll get those striations in your shoulders and chest that youve been looking for. The cool part is, you can watch your TV, and squeeze out endless sets of pushups. If youre a pushup guy like I am, you know how enjoyable that "push up pump" can be. A couple sets on the perfect pushup and trust me, you are going to have a very nice pump going from your lats to your traps, and your core will strengthen. Honestly, for the price, youll work out more often, see noticeable gains in mass and strength, and you can do it all at home. My crew and I have contests to see who can do the most, and on game days or fight nights, we go 20 pushups per beer. Big Ron's record is over 600. No lie. For a long time, Ive used these things with great results, I hope this review turns some of you guys onto a product that can really help you out in achieving your goals. I highly recommend these, and if youre up to it, the Perfect Pullup with the Ab Straps really rounds out the set. Together, these two products are amazing.
    Pros:
    Cons:
  • Quality Construction
  • Very Inexpensive
  • Serious Results
  • Workout At Home Day Or Night
  • Very Addicting
  • A Must Have
  • The Collapsible Travel Set Is Double The Cost But Well Worth It If You Travel

Recommended This protein has one of the best profiles out there. Very high levels of amino's and particularly Glutamine, which makes this a fantastic protein to have in your arsenal. I decided to try and replace my other proteins with Pro Complex and see what kinds of results I got. I dropped my Dark Matter for a while and started using this for my recovery as well. Not too shabby! I have to give it up to ON again, and even though this isnt the first time Ive used Pro Complex, it was the first time I tried to use it almost exclusively. As far as recovery goes, I really have to hand it to ON, I thought that I was going to notice a huge difference from Dark Matter, but there was only a little. Dark Matter has creatine and waxy maize which I had kind of gotten used to, and that "second pump" that it gives me I missed a little. But Pro Complex left me feeling good in the recovery department! Also, knowing I was getting 60 grams of protein (from a blend) made me feel like I was feeding my body what it needed in the right amounts post workout. Overall, this product has a great profile, one of the best Ive seen. Its a little pricier than some others, but it works so its worth every penny. Taste is decent, better than I expected really. The chocolate tastes like instant hot cocoa that you mixed in water, and with milk its delicious. I took Animal Pak, Kre Alkalyn 1500, and have started the Asteroid Stack again since Ive been using it, and man the results are quick, noticeable, and solid. And again, the recovery is surprising with Pro Complex. If youre looking for a real protein product thats going to help you achieve your goals, look no further.

Recommended I just reviewed Pro Complex as being one of the best proteins out there, in my opinion, but I have to also recognize a protein thats been a part of my arsenal for a while now. 100% Whey from ON is one of the least expensive, higher quality products out there. The flavors are all good, we all have our preferences. For a straight whey protein, this is my choice. It has a great profile, not as good as Pro Complex, but solid none the less. And its really inexpensive. I try to keep a back up "man tub" of 100% Whey somewhere in the house because its good any time you want a fast digesting protein that tastes great. I take this with meals, after workouts or on the go. Again, Pro Complex I believe to be the better of the two, but this product is a sure thing all the way around.

Recommended So I was turned on to this by a friend on this site, and I really wasnt sure what to expect. Ive tried creatine mono, CEE, and different blends, but I was attracted to this product because it wa very inexpensive and the guy who told me about it knows what hes talking about. That being said, hello new best friend. Ive been using Kre-Alkalyn 1500 for about three weeks now, and really loving the results. Im noticing significant increases in strength, especially during my exercises I do until failure like pull-ups, chin-ups,and push-ups. Im really pushing out a lot more reps, and it feels GREAT. My muscles feel fuller, denser, and stronger; after Pullups it actually gets hard to keep my arms against my lats. I love that feeling. Too wide for the front door, have to use the service entrance, know what Im talking about? And the price tag is so minor, VS has for like $19 bucks for 120 caps. They also make a 240 bottle, which I can tell you I wil be buying. So for all of you who havent tried this product, I HIGHLY recommend. Its cheap, and the dosing is so easy, 2 pills AM and then 2 pre or post workout. The science is amazing too, you take less product with this than creatine mono and its PH balanced so it doesnt convert to creatinine like other forms of creatine. Overall a kiler product.

Recommended I liked the Arimatest, so when I saw this stack I tried it. Again, Musclemeds and GNC's monopoly on them keeps the price sky high and really chaps my ass. However, on a positive note, i have taken Arimatest stand alone and with Hexaghen both, and i will say I noticed slightly better results from the stack than just from the Arimatest alone. Same delivery system as the Arimatest, under the tongue, same stupid price. If they dropped the cost I would recommend it. Or if you have money to burn then go ahead and buy the stack. But I would negotiate a senior citizen, military, mall employee, student body, cash only, AAA, saturday afternoon, matinee, gold card discount. No side effects, taste was fine, all good. Im curious about the Enoxide product.

Recommended I am reviewing this as part of the asteroid stack. Let me break it down for you. I did not take any component of the stack by itself, so if your looking for a solo review from me regarding any of these products individually I cant give you one in good conscience. That being said, I had better results that I KEPT from my first cycle of the asteroid stack than any other stack that i can remember. Within a week I was noticing gains in strength, stamina, aggression of workouts, and I even started putting on some mass. My muscles FELT and LOOKED fuller, and believe it or not, I started showing more definition in my core. Which was a very pleasant surprise for me because although I do more pullups than Chuck Norris and run like OJ, I VERY RARELY do abs. I know, I know. My wife made a comment that my abs were looking tighter, and for that reason alone I love this product stack. Whats great for all of us is that whatever you accomplish while on it, all that hard work you put in, you get to keep the results. No losses, no side effects, no real need to cycle, you even get better rest and recovery. I HIGHLY recommend this stack to anyone like myself who is looking to accomplish great things without the need for harmful supplements. It can be a little pricey, but for me, it worked. WELL. I had no sides from any of these products or combination thereof, And I will definitely be using this stack again. I do recommend going "raw" once in a while, or not using ANY supplements, to give your liver a break. Try this stack. If you diet right, drink lots of water, and rip it, you WILL like the results. Oh, by the way, It says to take two days off a week with this stack, but you can take it every day safely if you choose to do so, which is what i did.

Maybe Recommended This product I tried when I wasnt aware that it was Hydroxycut with an "A". Ive never liked Hydroxycut, it always gave me an unpleasant feeling. Even in lower doses it never failed to ramp me up beyond where I wanted to be even when I drank sufficient amounts of water. There are still little green and black Arson pills in there pill container in my cupboard, and I bought these things forever ago. If you want to try a "fat loss" supp, I found a product called Recreate that isnt a stimulant but promotes "fat loss through various pathways. I say "fat loss", because none of these suppplements are designed to be a magic weight loss pill. You need to drink lots of water, DIET RIGHT, and have a fairly decent fitness plan in order to achieve the goals that you are shooting for. If you are looking for a stim in your weight loss supplement, i might suggest adding Green Tea Extract/fat burner to your arsenal. Not only will the caffeine give you a boost, but its also good for you. The green tea has a high anti oxidan content and is generally good for everyone. So i ake my non stim Recreate, throw in some Green Tea Extract, and BAM! Good to go. I gave this product a higher han average rating, because if you can stand it, and you like Hydroxycut, it will work. It is highly overpriced though, be aware. I believe there are better weight loss products out there that will give you better results and are better for you. Try the Recreate, and then later maybe try adding the Green Tea/Fat Burner like I did. Got the Green Tea/Fat Burner at Costco by the way, cheap. I even take it on non workout days for the pep and the anti-oxidant benefits.

Recommended Big fan of USPLabs. HUGE. I covered the Asteroid stack in my review of USPLabs Prime. I would encourage you to read it if you are considering buying Prime, Anabolic Pump, or PowerFULL. Like I said in my review of Prime, I cant give an independent review of this product because Ive only taken it in the stack, but like so many other users on this site, I experienced exceptional and lasting results from these products and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone. There are no side effects to speak of, no taste, no PCT, And the results are yours to keep even if you discontinue use of the products. You really cant ask for more from a supplement that is not a prohormone or a prosteroid. Do yourself a favor, get the Stack.

Recommended This is the last of the three products from the ASTEROID stack that I am reviewing, so rather than go over it all again, I will refer you to check out my reviews of Prime and Anabolic Pump. Long story short, just buy the stack and get it over with. Not a prohormone, not a prosteroid, No side effects, great results, no PCT, and you get to keep the results you busted your ass for. Winner.

NOT Recommended This was a supplement that came with a boxed package I purchased at my local GNC store, otherwise I never would have picked it up. First of all, the side effects of this are awful. Its like someone stuffed pepper spray into a pill, because regardless of how much water you take in, you are almost guaranteed to experience a feeling that I can only describe as avery unpleasant pepper acid reflux. It ruined it for me. Leucine is an important amino to get into your system, but this is not the way to do it. Cost was nil, it came in the set, but if you are considering buying as a stand alone, find something else.

Recommended Universal doesnt have a bad product in its inventory. I have always been a big fan of the Animal Pak, I dont mind the number of pills, never have. If you can handle the size and quantity of pills that you sometimes have to deal with when it comes to Universal products, you can rest assured that they are going to do pretty much exactly what they claim to do. I was turned onto Uni-Liver from this site actually, and when I hit up my boy Paul at the VS about it, he said that he took them himself. Not the most common supplement, not a lot of hype about it, but there should be. 500 pills for next to nothing, you take like 2-4 pills with meals depending on how hard youre hitting it, and you start to se results pretty much immediately. GREAT source of Amino's, already broken down, you will notice fuller, denser muscles and a better recovery. Honestly, you could buy them and throw half of them away and still have gotten a great deal. They are horse sized though, be prepared. If youve taken Animal Pak, it actually has one of these bad boys already in it. If you havent taken Animal Pak before, go buy it. Dont listen to the nonsense about being too many pills or being "underdosed", go look at the label for yourself. Then try them and tell me they dont do a number on you. A really GOOD number. And dont forget to pick up Uni-Liver. Youll feel the difference.

Recommended Old School. I have always loved the Animal Pak. If you are an athlete on any level, you will appreciate what this product will do for you. As far as a multi goes, this is what has been tried and true for me for quite some time. Ive tried other multi's, and they were alright, I wont lie. But there is just something about the Animal Pak that has always done it for me. Everyone whines about the 11 pills, some guys say that the Pak is "underdosed", some guys whine about having to take two paks, blah blah blah. Shut up, take the pills, throw some dumbbells into the ceiling, and stomp around the gym like the Alpha Male. Its a good thing. With all 11 pills, one is actually a Uni-liver pill, which I like to take anyway, and they have a digestive enzyme that helps your body break down and absorb all the nutrients properly. You do need to take these with food, preferably after eating something, as they are fat soluble. I wont go into all the ingredients, read the label. If youre hitting it especially hard, take 2 Paks a day. Drink Lots of water, you should do that anyway. You will notice a little pep in your step, at least I did. No side effects, one reviewer said they urinated neon yellow; drink more water, and take with food. Cost will vary greatly depending on where you purchase, but find a good deal and just buy it. There's a reason that this product has been a foundational supplement for lifters and athletes for 25+ years. Try it for yourself and see.

Recommended This product was not an intentional purchase for me, it came in a boxed set with Animal Pak and a shirt, and lets face it, im a junkie for free stuff. And I like their logo :) So anyway, I was going to buy the Pak alone but I figured Id spend a few extra bucks and try another Universal Product. Like Ive said before, I dont believe that Universal makes a bad product. This was no different. It comes in a canned 21 day cycle (I think), and Il tell you, I liked this product. It wasnt as strong in my opinion as other natural test boosters, but because of the value i got in the set, and the above satisfactory results I got, I was pretty happy. Now bear in mind, Universal products generally have a ton of pills, so if your stacking them, prepare to get your fill of pills. But sometimes you just have to man up and get down. If you hav access to the same set I got at VS, give it a shot. Universal makes solid products. But if your looking natural test boosters and the like, or a stack, I really like the USPLabs Prime, Anabolic Pump, and PowerFULL stack. I took this while continuing my use of Animal Pak, of course, and had fantastic results. Love Universal, highly recommend any of their product line.

NOT Recommended Again, I purchased this not being aware that MAP=MuscleTech. Tried this overpriced and disappointing nitric formula with little results, and was pretty disappointed with this product along with my other MAP purchase, Arson. Do yourself a favor, skip this product. Your workouts and your wallet will thank you. Small pump, big price, big let down. It does something, just not enough of it.

Recommended Turned onto this by my boy Paul at VS. Ranted and raved about it, the Redline in it, the protein in it, and so on. Im not saying that NO Shotgun was a let down, it just wasnt anything special in my opinion. Pretty decent pump, flavor was decent at first but got irritating (grape bubblegum. My bad.) But I also did not experience all the side effects that some other reviews are claiming, and Ive taken my share over the years with preworkout supps. If you feel like trying it, I say go for it. The Redline will make you sweat, the protein content will help carry you through a workout, but I think that only really applies if your doing extended time on your exercise. Otherwise ehhhh...But I guess it helps where other preworkout supps have minimized effects if you eat before taking them. So, overall a decent supplement, decent pump, decent stamina, good sweat, price is so-so, black cherry flavor and watermelon are alright, skip the bublegum. it sounds delicious, I know, but after a week of swallowing your gum, it gets tedious. I like Jacked from USPLabs for a preworkout. I got better results, and it felt better.

Recommended This was the first test booster I took. I have since done many cycles of Arimatest, sometimes stand alone, sometimes stacked with Hexaghen. I really enjoy this product. A lot of hype, no doubt, and some crazy claims (10,000% ?), but overall there are a number of reasons I like Arimatest. First, the dosing is minor. One tablet when you wake up, when your test levels will get the biggest boost from the product. and then one preworkout. they dissolve under the tongue, no digestion, and the taste is fine. Stop whining. One guy on here compared it (rightly so) to a smarties candy. I also like the little bit of boost I felt with the product. It is a natural test booster, not a steroid, so dont expect to feel like your going to beat your spotter to death with a barbell. Its mellow, but you will feel it and you will benefit from it. I have cycled on and off this product several times, and I will do it again. Put it this way, a lot of guys use this as a PCT, get the idea? Its not a superpill. Side effects for me were like all other test boosters, minor. sometimes a small breakout, maybe a little more aggression, but hey, thats what sex is for. Cost was ridiculous. I think the GNC monopoly on this and other musclemed products is reason for an uprising. I like their stuff, liked Hexaghen stacked with this, just hate the price. If your like me and dont want hardcore supplements but still want a good product thats will aid you in your workout goals, this is a decent product. But we should boycott until they drop the price. its ridiculous. I will suggest the ASTEROID stack from USPLabs if your spending this kind of money. I got into their products at VS, and had what I consider outstanding results from products that are not prohormone or prosteroid. But Arimatest worked well for me too. Find what works well for you.

Recommended Another winner from USPLabs. If you have had joint, ligament, or tendon pain, then brother you really need to try this product. My right elbow has been giving me trouble for a long time, especially doing preacher or single arm curls. It felt like a tight dull pain and I had tried everything from Glucosamine, MSM, osteo bi-flex, flex all, all in the hopes of alleviating or eliminating this pain. MY boy Paul at the VS turnred me onto this and said it had worked well for himself and many others. Dont know the science behind it, but after about a week I noticed a SIGNIFICANT difference in my elbow. So thinking I was an exception, I had one of my fathers friends from the office try it also. He has been complaining of rotator cuff/shoulder pain for as long as Ive known him and was obviously skeptical. I eventually got him to pick this stuff up, and while his results werent as rapid as mine, in roughly three weeks he came to me and said "we might have some uh, some improvement here!" Now I tell anyone who will listen about this product. Give it a shot. It also appears that you can use this product for other benefits, like weight loss, if you take it consistently at a higher dosage, at least thats what im told by Paul. Anyway, this is my favorite "joint support" product, hands down. USPLabs does it again.

Maybe Recommended I have completed two cycles of MHP's cyclin-Gf. Generally, I believe that MHP makes a pretty decent product, but the downside for me and most people I talk with is the cost. Cyclin GF is a nighttime recovery/growth activator and sleep aid that contains ZMA. Now we all know that rest and recovery is the key to muscle growth and development, so I have mixed feelings about this product because I did get better rest and had a faster and fuller recovery on the product than not. As far as growth activator, I cant say that if I had used a ZMA based product alone that I wouldnt have gotten the same results. So I tried other bedtime recovery and growth products such as Hexaghen, ZMA Tech, and others. I liked the hexaghen product from musclemeds, although its expensive also, because it dissolved under the tongue and only a couple of tablets at that. The Cyclin product and the hexaghen product both gave me super intense dreams, as they are designed to put you into REM sleep. This allows your body to really recover, a good solid rest. So if your looking for a good nights sleep, and a decent recovery and dont mind paying a hefty price tag, go for it. But I believe that you can find a cheaper alternative that does the same thing. Hexaghen is ridiculously priced also, but I would give anything for a decent nights rest anyway. Your call.

Maybe Recommended Where should I begin? I have conflicting feelings regarding this product. I have taken many different pre workout supplements and I saw this product on the shelf and wanted to give it a try. MHP makes decent products. Dark Rage is a very strong pre workout supp. I have a pretty strong tolerance, and this stuff really had an impact on me. Very strong 'pump' definite increases in strength, focus, drive, and workout intensity. I can really can't compare it to any other preworkout drink that I've taken, it feels very strong and almost like being drugged. I also experienced nausea and headaches frequently with this product, and I drink at least a gallon of water a day so I doubt that it's a hydration issue. Now, for a review, I don't know about any 'blood doping', but it will increase your vascularity and you will Most definitely get a solid pump out of this product. Fuller feeling and looking muscles, and better stamina. But the drawbacks are or can be significant, including but not limited to nausea, headaches, and a generally unpleasant feeling which can kill A workout. The flavors are awful, but choose punch over cola fizz if got going to charge this beast. MHP products in my opinion can be overpriced but this wasn't too bad. Start with half a scoop, I'm a vet with these and this product you should start off slow. Of you can deal with the sides, strength and taste, you mihht really like this product. Bummer for me because I love the recovery product Dark Matter.

Recommended For the record, I have used Dark Matter as a recovery agent post workout for a while now. I stumbled on this by accident before it started getting a lot of hype, and picked up the blue raspberry. Loved the product, hated the blue raspberry flavor. I actually didnt realize how well the product worked for me because until then I was slamming my own protein concoction post workout. Only after I ran out and went back to my old junk did it occur to me how much better I felt and how much faster I recovered with Dark Matter, but also some decent gains were made during my use of this product. So, I headed back to VS to pick up another tub, and lo and behold there was fruit punch. Thank God. Now, the 4 to 1 carb to protein ratio and the waxy maize were both benefits to me, and the creatine and amino content was a plus. I gained, recovered faster and overall really enjoyed the product. It does what it should. Now, mixability is an issue if youve never had waxy maize before. Its like drinking sludge, if you dont have enough water and slam it fast. Stick with the fruit punch, trust me. And plan on avoiding any food or other supplements for an hour after taking, thats what the label calls for. Cost isnt terrible, especially because the product is actually pretty damn good. Its what I am using myself, if it "matters"

Recommended This is a pharmaceutical grade encapsulated glutamine. Basically it is protected against breakdown during digestion which allows it to get to where it needs to be, your muscles. This is a necessary component to recovery and muscle growth, and I have used this product several times. I don't like the cost of MHP products, and this one is ridiculous. $79 retail tag on glutamine? Yikes. But glutamine works, we all know this. But is a slow release glutamine more effective? And is it worth the cost? You will get a whole lot of servings with the price tag though, so you're only buying the tub every few months. I like it. If it were cheaper I'd buy it more often

Recommended This was he first "slow release" protein mix that I decided to try. I used to like Zero carb whey isolate proteins with cottage cheese after for the slow release cassein protein. The probolic protein from MHP is a good solid blend of proteins, aminos, and recovery agents. Before bed this is a great protein to take, it contains whey, cassein, milk and soy protein. Now don't get your panties in a bunch over the soy. It's supro soy, and like drgeorge eloquently pointed out it is a plant derivitive and does not have the same detrimental effects that most people associate with soy proteins for men. Hugh amino content, glutamine, and a decent flavor round out a solid nighttime recovery protein. I had decent gains and recovered much faster while using Probolic, but again MHP puts a high sticker price that kills value. I would recommend checking out dymatize elite 12 hour for a better value in a comparable product. I know the dymatize also has egg proteins, can't remember if the probolic has it or not. Anyway, overall a great product that will give you what it promises. Good gains, you will slap on some lean mass while recovering faster.

NOT Recommended MHP products are hit or miss. Probolic I really liked, and T-bomb on the other hand I found was a let down. I had been taking cycles of Arimatest for awhile and wanted to try something different and the guy pushed this product on me. I had been a fan of Probolic for a while so I gave it a shot. Unfortunate. Not only did I not appreciate the dosing increase from Arimatest, but I added all these extra pills and got what I felt was less of a product. To top it off, I found that sometimes the pills were undigested, dont ask. The price tag, as always with MHP products, was higher than what was merited. I cant speak for anyone but myself, but if you are looking for a low level test booster that doesnt require a PCT, there are many other products out there that are more effective and have a much lower price tag. I still like the Arimatest, and I will stack it with Hexaghen and I have gotten better results. No side effects, no taste, no results either.

Recommended This will be my first review of a supplement on this site. I will be doing reviews on every product that i have tried, so if this one is helpful I suggest reading the many others I will be posting. I have tried a fair amount of pre workout supps including, but not limited to, NO Shotgun, Trac, Dark Rage, NO Xplode, and I have to say that I really like Jacked. As of right now, this is my favorite pre workout supp. It feels like the "cleanest" pump that Ive had. you know what I mean. i dont feel drugged while im on it. The pump is solid, the flavor is bearable-lemon lime-and the cost is minor. I had no negative side effects, no gas, no burps, no come down, and I just felt GOOD while I was Hammering out my sets. This product has a lot of hype behind it, but after trying multiple jars of it, I will say that Im a believer. USPLabs is quickly becoming a very solid and reliable buy. Ive tried multiple products that they have put out, and Jacked is no let down. Other products can and do put out a good "pump", but in my opinion the side effects that come along with them can really take more away from your workout than what they bring, which defeats the purpose. This product gets major points from me because it does what it should; a CLEAN solid pump that gives you what you want from a pre workout supplement without all the side effects.

Recommended First of all, let me say that i am aware that there are no magic pills that are going to make diet unimportant. That being said, I have tried many different "fat burners", thermogenics, appetite suppressants, and the lot, looking for an extra edge when cutting. Arson/Hydroxycut, acai, Green Tea Extracts, Lipo 6, you name it. I found that I just couldnt stick with them, either the dosing or side effects, or lack of any effect at all made me stop. I hate the feeling that a lot of these give you, that is cracked out, jittery and generally unpleasant. Which brings me to the only product in this category that Ive had any success with and would recommend. I have purchased this product multiple times, and I will say that it has done what was promised. Im not claiming any ridiculous fat loss, I dont even keep track. I know how I feel when I look in the mirror and like the results that im seeing, and how my chic gives me more action than normal. I have seen decent results. Highlights: surpressed appetite and generally a better diet while im on Recreate. I have taken it for four months; 60 days on, 30 off; so 2 cycles. I have had better physical results (which is what were all looking for) with the product than without. Its also not really a stimulant, so if i want a boost with it I will take Green Tea Extract for the caffeine. I feel like Im getting a more intense workout, especially my running and rope exercises. I have had a few unusual breakouts during my use, but I cant say for sure if its the Recreate. With this product, Drink a lot of water, keep a good diet and exercise, and this product will do what it is supposed to.

Recommended I, like so many of you, have tried every form and brand of protein imaginable looking for the best results for the best value. Taste has never been a big deal for me, sometimes what is good for you isnt always pleasant. However, the taste here is AWESOME, especially compared to other products. many different flavors, even cappucino, which is my favorite. It is actually made from decaf coffee, and i blend it up with ice and love it. I would compare this protein to Isopure, they are generally the same product, a whey isloate with other goodies like glutamine in the mix. Both products are very clean, exceptional forms of protein, but there are a few differences. Cost is one, Nectar is less expensive. I love the variety of flavors of Nectar and the taste difference is huge. Loved Isopure, until I was turned on to Nectar. Its cheaper, tastes better, and its a clean solid whey isolate with glutamine, so overall, this is a winner. Mixability is great, but some flavors will foam up out of control. if your looking for the best Zero Carb Protein out there, look no further. I have taken this product for quite some time and have yet to come across a better overall whey isolate.

Recommended This is a product that I found while skimming the "nutrition/supplement" aisle at Wal Mart. For $10, I figured that I couldnt go wrong. I was glad that i bought the stuff. Sometimes I take this product by itself pre and post workout (4 pills each) or I stack this very inexpensive arginine with another pre workout supplement. For the money, it is one of the cheapest supps out there, and I have to give Body Fortress credit for cramming a decent product into a small price tag.Zero side effects, no taste, a good pump to help you out, and a very affordable price make this a great overall product by itself and especially stacked with other pre or post workout supplements

Recommended Wow. I am reading other reviews here, and I have to say that I disagree. I am a big fan of Dymatize Elite. I was into Probolic for a long time as a bedtime/recovery and time release protein. I had decent results with the MHP product, and then a friend of mine turned me on to Dymatize Elite banana nut. To me, it tastes phenomenal with water or skim milk, and I have the same results as with the more expensive Probolic, and they dont use Supra Soy. The Dyamtize flavors that Ive tried are far better tasting than a lot of others, it has high amino content, good workout recovery, and it comes in a "man-tub" of roughly 4.5 pounds. As far as any slow release proteins go, I dont think that any of them give twelve hours of feeding, but hey, close enough. If you are looking for a staggered release protein or especially a before bed/night time, this is the one in my opinion. Price tag is better than the competition, its great for recovery, and flavors I like (banana nut for me, sometimes with a scoop of Nectar whey isolate cappucino). but be warned. This particular protein gave me gas that nearly cost me my marriage. But if you think gagging your wife is hilarious like i do, Rock on my friends. Rock on.
