So I made my first purchase to BB.com a little over last week. I paid extra for express shipping (2-3 days), cause I wanted my Dymnatize Elite 12 Hour MRP Protien Blend ASAP. For some reason the carrier said my address was "un-deliverable" which was a weird mistake they made. So I checked online cause at BB.com to track my order. It even says the name of the employee who packed your product, and shows a picture of them! I called a BB.com customer service rep, and told them what happened. They re-sent my order, and refunded my money for express shipping, even though they re-sent it with express shipping. And they responded to my e-mail complaint within a few hours! I am VERY impressed with the customer service they have, and will definentally stay loyal to a company that responds so quickly to my problems.

Placed an order a few days ago. Used the coupon code that always seems to be active for 10% off. It was very cheap for what I ordered and also got a ton of free samples that I ordered. Along with that I got 4 Nitro-Tech packets to try. It only took 2 days for it to arive using the basic shipping. Will continue to use them for the rest of my supplement purchases.

i new to bb.com because i was spending countless ammounts for supplements at the local GNC because i was stupid but bb.com is great they had my order on the truck and on its way no more than 3 hours after i bought it excellent selection too.... im not hating on GNC but they have a way better selection and at bb.com the employees are not trying to push their product to make an extra buck.... only bad thing is one of my products is on back order but they advised me that it should only take a couple days before it is sent out

I recently spent 120$ on this site. Placed the order around 1:00 PM EST on 05/19/2009 and by 3:00 PM EST on 05/21/2009 I had at my door specifically what I ordered with a free t-shirt.
Service - 10 (was great, so fast and exactly what I want)
Selection - 5 (I put this at 5 to denote 50% between them and AllStarHealth.com, 5 is NOT bad, just used it to describe it a little better)
Prices - Great prices that destroy purchasing things locally)
Overall - 10 (WILL be purchasing again :)

I love bb.com. They have millions of articles. The prices are great, cheaper then most places, and they have a live chat with reps. shipping is ultra fast too.

Great site with great customer service. I can order something at 4pm EST and have it delivered the next day with basic shipping. Prices are generally the lowest, but if they aren't, the fast shipping more than justifies a couple extra dollars. GNC is a true joke.

I just had my first experience with BodyBuilding.com and I couldn't be more pleased. I think about all the time I wasted standing in GNC, worrying about when my Gold Card was expiring and it makes me even happier that I found this site.
They underpromise and overdeliver their shipments. I placed my first order on a Tuesday and it was on my doorstep Wednesday and I only chose standard shipping. This could have something to do with my location but it was.
Stop worrying about in-store "sales" and swtich over to these guys- you won't be sorry. Shipping rates are more than generous and prices are lower- how could you go wrong?

I always order from bb.com shipment its extremely fast(2-3 days) for regular shipping or they have an overnight for bout $15 more if an emergency. Prices are relatively good. Have seen better on the net. However, they always have %10off deals or $5 - $10 off deals. They also have an excellent buy 2 get 1. selection, as well as weekly specials and clearance section, and a good free samples. I got 3 bottles of NO Shotgun V3 and 3 bottles Optimum Pro protein for and a bottle of EST ThermoStat for $175 plus they sent free samples and a free BodyBuilding.com gym bag for purchasing over $150 worth.

I had a lot of good experience with them before I used my Google Checkout account because their credit card processor was down.
They requested that, to confirm my identity, I fax them a copy of my latest credit card bill AND A PIECE OF GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID.
I understand fraud prevention is a must, but I was using the same card, email and account I had for over a year. And the same shipping and billing adress.
They assured me that the copy of my Government ID would be handled securely and "deleted" as soon as they were done with it, but, to me, that guarentee is just as hollow as me saying "No, its ok guys, this is legit" from my end. I can't be sure sensitive information like that will be handled correctly by everyone involved in the process, so I don't risk it. I think it's irresponsible for them to even request that.

Shipping takes 1-3 days. One night I ordered a package and it arrived by noon the following day... Was one of the earliest companies I started ordering from. Tried a few others here and there and ended up coming back to BB.com. Live customer service is available when I have even the most random questions about products, prices are always reasonable, and selection is great.
One thing I really love is their selection of free samples...They randomly send me free samples of misc. products, even when I dont select any specifics. So its great. Couldnt ask for more.

Being in the service I move around alot, I've never had any trouble getting my products from them.

9 1/2 Overall (because they are not perfect) ... but darn near close. Their prices are usually the cheapest ... I found a few products cheaper on other sites ... but I bet if I informed them they would match or beat the price. Exellent Exellent customer service ... have a wherehouse in Tallahassee so I get my orders next day in Tampa using $6 standard Fed-ex ... can't beat that. Recommended Highly

Excellent prices, there may be cheaper ones on places like... eBay, but they make up for it by giving you free gifts when your order is over a certain price (better stuff with more money, including an option free subscription to a choice of magazines) great website FULL of GREAT information, including reviews, calculators, and other information. TONS of different things on there too! When purchasing they have different follow up emails that keep you well informed of your orders, and coupon codes for completing service surveys, etc etc... I use them all the time... I've spent over $1000 over time on Bodybuilding.com - EXCELLENT site.

Excellent place to buy your supplements. Lots of savings available. Probably the largest selection. I bought ~$200 worth of supps, saved ~25 with dicsounts and got some free gifts!

The prices found here can't be beat, the selection is great, and they have tons of coupon codes to either give you more money off or get free shipping ( I always use the free shipping ones ;] ) The customer service is also A+, they follow up with emails asking if you have received your product and if you like it or not, and offer another discount code to use as a thanks for shopping there. I only ordered one product from them and everything went well. They have some low prices, but if you shop around you can find better ones sometimes. Good selection, good service.
