I ordered something from fitfuel.com and it said free shipping in in 3-4 days, well I ordered it on 2/13 and just got it yesterday on 2/27. I tried tracking my order on there website and it said no order info found. Also I tried calling several times the last few days and sometimes it would have a fax sound, or a busy signal, or a dial tone, or they just wouldn't pick up while I sat on the phone waiting for an hour. I have bought several things off the internet and I have never had such horrible customer service, I couldn't get answers any way I tried. I would never order from them again! | |
