From 4/2006 to 2/2009, anybody could post a review 100% anonymously. When reading reviews, it was impossible to distinguish the credibility of the author. You could never build credibility by posing quality reviews of all the supplements you have tried.

In February of 2009, the site underwent a very major update. Visitors are now forced to register if they want their reviews published. This helps keep track of who said what, and also gives the moderators a way to communicate to the users regarding inappropriate reviews. This also helps reviewers build credibility by posting quality reviews and helping the community. You can now view all the reviews written by a user, and then decide whether or not you want to listen to them.

Registering is a very simple process. You pick a user name/password, and enter your email address. We don't even confirm your email! We will not send you anything unless you ask! The only reason we collect your email is so that you can retrieve a lost password.

After registering, you will be able to submit reviews, replies and questions. You will also be able to upload a profile picture and other details about yourself (age, location, bio, etc.).

If you are unwilling to complete a minor registration process in order to post a review, that is fine - we hope you enjoy reading the reviews. We have made the decision that it is worth implementing a user system in order to increase the quality and reliability of the reviews.
