i used this stuff for 2 months along with Phosapghen HP or however the hell you spell it but it was really good i mean hell got good pumps and decent gains and my strength went up a lil bit too i mean this isnt a miracle supplement or anything but it is good and i will deff use it again |

I used this stuff back in 11th and 12th grade in high school pretty good stuff alot of people i knew were blowing all there money on Cell Tech which i have also tryed and it was ok to but.... Phosphagen HP was JUST AS GOOD noticed good size and strength gains real quick and guess what I WASNT WASTED MY WHOLE PAYCHECK!!!! so all in all its a great creatine and i would deff buy it again and dont knock it until you try it |

I have only Cellmass to compare this type of product to and I must say it did not measure up in my opinion. I never got that big pump I was looking for and didn't get the weight gain. When I used NO and Cellmass I gained 7 pounds in 4 days. Plus the taste is horrible. |
