With all of the supplements out there today, you are probably bombarded with all the choices. Take product A for cutting, take product B for vascularity, take product C for endurance, etc. But when it comes down to it, the most basic of all the supplements is protein. Whether your goal is cutting or bulking, protein plays a crucial role in your supplement regimen. All right this is the start of my new body no joke this stuff works. I stopped in at my local sup shop and got on a stack of tren extreme ,winny v , extreme test, liver and clomedex all made by tokkyo. I have been lifting for 2 years and tipped the scales at a whopping 150 with a max bench press of 185. Little did I no in a 6 week stack I was going to gain 25 pounds of mass and still stay lean. My bench press went up 75 pounds to 260 max my back legs and arms blew up. Did have any side affects besides the massive muscle gains. I can’t believe how great this product is and can’t wait to start another stack. Definitely recommend this to anyone who is serious about body building. Get big and stay strong later. Ps I’m posting this under each product that was in my stack | ||||

I am currently taking jack3d. would there be a benefit if i stack this with it? and use it for post workout? and if i shouldnt stack it will this be good for post workout?

I wouldn't use it for post-workout. U want whey protien, BCAA's and glutamine for post-workout. You could take that NOS first thing in the morning if you want. I like to take arginine 3 times a day, morning, pre-workout and an hour before bed time. |

Actually i recommend you to use it post workout because you will recover faster when you take them immediately after workouts the arginine will help you deliver the nutrients you need to repair your muscle tissue. I use this product immediately after workouts and 15 min later I take my whey protein good luck with all bro.. |

i personally take both of those together at the same time 30 min before i workout. three scoops Jacked and 3 super nos pills and it works so well. you will love the feeling greats pumps and energy. dont waste taking the nos in the morning or post workout. if u want to just get straight l- arginine for morning consumption that would work. |

I saw an earlier question asking whether or not this was safe to take with Jack3d since they both contain caffeine and the answer was yes. My question is, is it ok to take this with say NO-Xplode? I don't know which one has more caffeine Jack3d or NO-Xplode so I thought I would be safe and ask one of you guys who know more than I do.

You need about 70mg of caffeine per pound in your system at one time to get you to drop dead. if you weight 150 you could get up to 10500mg. I would say that either of these have between 200-400mg. The half-life of caffeine is about 5 hrs. So if you take 800mg of caffeine 5 hrs later you would still have 400mg in your system. These are averages for healthy adults and your reactions might be different. |

Hey everyone
i was wandering what your opinions were on the stack im about to try it consists of Supercharge NO Kre-Alkalyn 1500 Alpha Amino and a good protein, probably Pro Complex or gold standard whey. are these thing safe to stack with one anotheR? |

Yes that would be a solid stack. Take the kre alk on off days as well to maximize the results. Pro Complex would be your best bet as many will suggest using it. Just make sure you lift hard and eat right and I'm sure you will make some great and solid gains. |
